This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the WelcomeBikers website (hereinafter referred to as WelcomeBikers) located at the domain name https://welcomebikers.eu/ (and its subdomains) may receive about the User during the use of the website https://welcomebikers.eu/ (and its subdomains), its programs and products.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" - pages or sets of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the WelcomeBikers website, as well as other temporary pages at the bottom of which the Administration's contact information is indicated.

1.1.7. "WelcomeBikers Website User" (hereinafter User) - a person who has access to the WelcomeBikers website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the WelcomeBikers website.

1.1.8. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.

1.1.9. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses WelcomeBikers.

2. General Provisions

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.3. The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, if such right is not limited in accordance with federal laws. 6.2. The Administration is obligated to:

6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the User's prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except for clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedure commonly used to protect such information in existing business practice.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the corresponding User from the moment of application or request by the User or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights for the verification period, in case of identifying inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. Responsibility of the Parties
7.1. The Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations bears responsibility for losses incurred by the User in connection with the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided for in clauses 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Resource Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.9.2 Rights to materials published by the user belong to the user or the user has obtained consent for publication.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before going to court with claims arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or proposal in electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim, notify the claimant in writing or electronically about the results of the claim consideration.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Arbitration Court of HERCEG NOVI.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Additional Terms
9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the WelcomeBikers website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
